Through Sydala Insurance, we offer our customers a global insurance for import and export companies.
Our insurance is covered by leading companies.
Conditions:
- General Conditions of Insurance for the Transport of Goods and/or ICC A or C or Institute Coal Clauses (267).
- War TR 7
- Strikes, social disturbances, Terrorism TR 8 and/or Institute War and Strikes (cargo) and strikes coal.
- Institute Classification Clause (CL 354)
- Institute chemical, biological, bio-chemical, electromagnetic weapons and cyber attack exclusion clause.
- Termination of transit clause (Terrorism).
- Vessel Screening Clause (in case of chartered Vessel).

Packaged and/or Protected Steel: The insurance covers all risks within the terms of art 4 CGAT and/or Institute Cargo Clauses "A", including rusting, oxidation and discolouration howsoever arising including damage attributable to air humidity and influences of temperature.
Non Packaged and/or Protected Steel: The insurance covers all risks within the terms of art. 4 CGAT and/or Institute Cargo Clauses "A", but excluding rusting, oxidation and discolouration unless caused by entry of sea water into vessel, craft, hold, conveyance, container.
Scrap and Iron Ore: The insurance covers the risks set out in art. 2 CGAT, "limited insurance" and/or Institute Cargo Clauses "C". Excluding Break up voyages absolutely. If the number of packages is shown on the waybill, the insurance will also cover theft and non-delivery of whole packages, failing which it will only cover the theft and non-delivery of the entire load.
Coal/Coke and Hot Briquette Iron: The insurance covers all risks within the terms of Institute Coal Clauses 267. Risks of war, strikes and social disturbances are insured in accordance with the clauses TR7 and TR8.
